Welcome to Sydney and hope you had an enjoyable trip.  Below are some suggestions to get you to your Hotel destination 

 

Terminal details: There are 3 terminals in Sydney

T1 – Sydney International terminal (Qantas flights QF1 – QF399) & Jetstar International flights operate from this terminal

T2 – QantasLink flights QF1600 and above & Jetstar domestic flights operate from this terminal.  Virgin Blue flights operate from this terminal.

T3 – Qantas domestic terminal (Qantas flights QF400 – QF1599) operate from this terminal

 

AIRPORT SHUTTLE SERVICES & TRANSFERS         WARR Discount

We recommend AIRPORT SHUTTLE SERVICES located in the Arrival terminal.  Approach the Airport Shuttle counter (on Arrival) to arrange your Airport transfer to your Hotel.  Airport Shuttle Services is a flat fee of approximately A$12 per person (one-way) and offer door-to-door service and depart from both the International & Domestic terminals.  Remember to mention you are attending WARR for a discount making your return trip AUD20 dollars (US$16.80) per person.

 

There is no need to pre-book this service simply approach the counter on arrival.  If you need assistance visit the Information Desk for directions.

 

 

SYDNEY TAXI SERVICE

The Taxi holding bay is located just outside both the Sydney International & Sydney Domestic airport terminals.  Taxi hire is well sign-posted in both terminals and will drop you off at your hotel destination.  Sydney Taxi’s accept all major credit cards – VISA, MASTERCARD & AMERICAN EXPRESS.  Depending on traffic you fare (one way) will be between A$20 - A$30 (US Equivalent US$16-$25)

 

Please note there is an airport surcharge of A$2.50, which will be added to your fare. There is no expectation for a tip/gratuity but normal practice is to round up to the nearest dollar.

AIRPORTLINK TRAIN SERVICE

Sydney International & Domestic Airport has a rail system, which runs underneath each terminal.  To catch a Train follow the signs within the terminal, which will direct you to the ticket station and train service.  The two Train Stations closest to Darling Harbour are Town Hall & Wynyard.  It is approximately a 10-minute walk from either Station to the Novotel Hotel (WARR Host Hotel) making your way across Pyrmont Bridge.

Train fares from Sydney International Airport to Town Hall station are A$13 (US$10.90) one way per person.
